Q: Why are the watches on preorder?
As our brand has grown, we made an executive decision in early 2024 to adjust our business model to a preorder basis as it helps to sustain operations. Manufacturing watches is not cheap — and there are a lot of costs associated with running the business — even after being in business for 8 years now.
Q: Why are there long waits at the moment?
In 2025, we ran into some business challenges that caught us by surprise. However, we are still fulfilling orders each and every month — we are just behind schedule with fulfilment of orders.
At the moment, there is about a 90-day backlog with fulfilling orders. We expect that come September 2025, we will be able to start speeding up the fulfilment process back to what it was previously (2 to 4 weeks turnaround time).
This means new orders made after September 2025 will start to see the 90-day lead time drop down. This may take a few months to do though before things are back to normal again.
We recognise long waits are annoying — and this is also why we have rewarded customers this year by offering bigger discounts on our watches than we previously would have done. In other words, we can pass savings to existing consumers, but in return, we will have longer lead times to fulfil orders.
Q: Can I just wait until you restock?
We personally wouldn’t advise this — as we’ve made an executive business decision now to only fulfill orders on a preorder basis as of early 2024. This means the best thing to do is keep your order and position in place — as we fulfil orders by the priority of the backlog.
Q: Can I get an update on my order?
You’re free to reach out to our customer support at any time! :) As mentioned above, please do take into account our current lead time. If it has exceeded that, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to check how much time is left to fulfil your order.

Of course! You’re more than happy to change your order at any time. If you’re not happy with the watch you ordered or want to swap to another one, just e-mail us and we’ll be happy to help you out.
